While I love creating stunning images, my focus goes beyond just pretty pictures—I aim to capture the feeling and emotion of your wedding. I want you to look back at your photos and remember exactly how it felt in those moments.

Every wedding is one of a kind because every couple brings their own individuality. I take the time to notice, connect, and truly sense the energy of your day, documenting it in a way that reflects your love, personality, and vision.

A LITTLE MORE INSIGHT INTO THE PACKAGES I OFFER?

I approach every wedding with the mindset that it is a work of art—carefully curated, thoughtfully captured, and crafted to reflect your unique love story. I offer intimate elopements to full-day celebrations, each package is designed to meet your individual vision.

All of my packages include a discovery call, access to a private online gallery, each collection includes meticulous retouching and a set of black and white's  for a timeless aesthetic, I carefully edit each image to ensure it aligns with the artistic vision of your wedding.

In addition to core packages, I offer fine art wedding books, prints, and full visual collections, which include both photo and video.

I also provide options for pre/post-wedding sessions, engagement, and proposal shoots.

Recognising that every couple is unique, I offer flexibility to bespoke a package to perfectly fit your needs.

DO YOU WORK ALONE OR WITH A SECOND SHOOTER?

I typically shoot weddings solo, but I work with a team of amazing photographers who accompany me when extra coverage or additional angles are needed. 
I personally edit all the photos for aesthetic continuity, ensuring everything flows beautifully and consistently.

During our consultation, we can talk through what works best for you!

HOW CAN I CHECK IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE ON MY WEDDING DATE?

The easiest way to check my availability is by filling out the contact form. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can!

Once you’ve paid a small booking fee, your date will be reserved and secured.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS?

I love to travel!

And am always excited to follow wherever love takes me!

While I’m based in Ibiza, I’m more than happy to capture your wedding day wherever you choose to celebrate. I've had the pleasure of shooting weddings in stunning destinations such as Mallorca, Malaga, Saint Tropez, London, Italy—and Ibiza of course!

For destination weddings, I usually set aside two extra days for travel. And although I love the adventure, I do have to charge to cover the travel costs. This will be included in your quote, and it typically just covers the costs for flights, hotel, and car hire.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?

I recommend booking as soon as you have your wedding date set, especially for peak seasons. Most couples book 6-12 months in advance, but feel free to reach out even if you’re planning a last-minute celebration—I’ll do my best to accommodate you!

HOW LONG IS THE TURNAROUND TIME FOR OUR WEDDING GALLERY?

I focus on quality, knowing that your photography collection will last forever and needs to be perfect.

Post-production is a meticulous process that involves selecting the best shots, editing, colour correction, colour grading, and fine-tuning to create a cohesive and meaningful story. 
I never limit the number of photos in each collection, as i believe in giving you as many memories as possible—I simply can’t bring myself to delete any of your special moments, so i always end up editing more than expected.

Within a day or two, you’ll receive a large preview album, so you won’t have to wait long to start sharing the magic!

The general delivery time for your full wedding collection will be delivered within 90 days, varying depending on the scope of your wedding.

WE'RE READY TO BOOK! WHAT'S THE NEXT STEP?

If you’re ready to secure your date, simply fill out the contact form.(https://www.stephanieshentonphotography.com/contact-5) I’ll check my availability and we can go over all the details before moving to the booking stage. 
Once I receive your deposit and signed contract, your date is officially reserved.

CAN WE MEET YOU?

Absolutely! I’d love to meet you and get to know each other. Whether in person or over a video call, we can go over the details of your day and how I can best capture your unique story. It’s important that we connect, so you feel confident and excited about your photography choice.

We normally take advantage of when you're on the island for a venue search or tasting, or we can arrange a video call if that works better.

DO WE GET THE PHOTOS IN HIGH RESOLUTION? CAN WE PRINT THEM?

Yes, absolutely!

All your photos are delivered in high-resolution files, without watermarks, this means they’re perfect for printing—whether you want a large framed piece for your wall, a beautiful album, or smaller prints to share with family and friends.

The files are sharp and detailed, so you can print them as big as you’d like without losing quality. Additionally, you’ll have the option to order prints directly from your private online gallery, making it super convenient to bring your memories to life.

HOW WILL THE PHOTOS BE DELIVERED?

The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your private online gallery. 
From there, you can download your photos with the provided PIN, share the link with friends/family, share to social media, and order prints.
